Important Information Related To Liver Flush

The liver plays numerous roles in the body. It is extensively involved in the process of digestion due to its release of bile juice and the regulation of glucose metabolism. Excess levels of glucose in blood are converted to glycogen and stored in this organ. When the levels drop below the normal, the glycogen is broken down to glucose molecules. Another important function is the excretion of toxins from the body. Liver flush ensures is a procedure done to improve its function.

There are a number of risk factors that contribute to hepatic impairment. These include low levels of potassium, heavy use of alcohol, the use of intravenous drugs, exposure to industrial toxins, viral infections and autoimmune diseases among others. Symptoms that suggest that one may be suffering from liver diseases include excessive and frequent bloating, constipation, passage of dark urine, chronic fatigue, yellowness of the eyes and skin and high blood pressure among others.

The flushing procedure specifically reduces the chances of gall stone formation and improves the process of digestion. Persons known to have some forms of allergies have reported reduced incidences of reactions to allergens with every cleansing. Another benefit is the fact that non-specific pain and chronic fatigue are said to improve and most people will experience increased energy levels and better psychological well-being.

Cleansing does not start until the preparation stage has been completed. During this stage, microorganisms that tend to stick to gallstones are eliminated during a therapy that takes an average of three or so weeks. Since toxins are emanated from the system through the kidneys, it is recommended that one also undergoes kidney cleansing to make sure that they are working well.

Diarrhea usually sets in the next day. With good lighting, one can visualize gall stones in the stool. They usually have a deep green color that is different from that of food residue. Due to the high content of cholesterol within them, they tend to float while the stool sinks to the bottom. Repeat procedures are usually done after every two weeks. This provides adequate time for the remaining stones to move from the rear of the biliary tubing.

The commonest cleansing product is raw vegetable juice. Examples of vegetables that one may try out include cauliflower, cabbage, beets, cucumber, carrots and greens. Blending three or four of them together is sufficient for most people. These vegetables have the ability to reduce the levels of acidity in the body. They release a chemical known as beta carotene that is in turn converted to vitamin A. The vitamin helps with the removal of toxins.

There are several other food types that can be used other than the vegetables. These include foods that have high levels of potassium such as beans, bananas and sweet potatoes. All these not only help with the cleansing process but also lower the blood cholesterol levels. Other important foods include milk thistle, coffee enemas and black strap molasses. Coffee enemas relieve constipation which helps enhance the flow of bile.

The cleansing procedure should be conducted after every six months. It is considered safe without any obvious side effects. The only thing that you may need to look out for is a sick feeling that is experienced for about two days. No treatment is required though. Avoid taking chemical drugs as much as possible during cleansing.
