Some have been experiencing allergy eyes. It could be described as eyes which are puffy and red. You could dilute lavender. After that, rub this above your eyebrows. This may be applied while you are sleeping. Another step would be to add drops of lavender on a cool and wet cloth. You could lay that over your eyes for about five minutes. Put lavender on the pillow case. It would help you to rest during the night. You may apply the three types on your feet as well. But, that could keep you awake. You should just apply an ample amount before you will be sleeping. Diffuse lavender could also be placed beside your bed when you sleep.

Another manner that will be helping you is in taking spoonfuls raw honey. The pollen in the honey will help you. When this will be taken by kids, they could not refuse this since this tastes good.
